The future home will be a high-end semi-detached home with a walk out basement. The house has been designed and engineered by RG Trading. The minor varience application was required for the purposed plan and we managed to get the approval from the city in 3 months. Each semi will have ~3000 sqft of living area including the basement and benefits from significant amount of light on each floor and bedroom.
