High-end semi-detached home is on its way

We are proud to announce that RG will start its new project at 287 Zephyr Ave next week. The future home will be a high-end semi-detached home with a walk out basement. The house has been designed and engineered by RG Trading. The minor varience application was required for the purposed plan and we managed to get the approval from the city in 3 months. Each semi will have ~3000 sqft of living area including the basement and benefits from significant amount of light on each floor and bedroom.  
This house designed based on latest engineering and construction technologies in order to achive maximum insulation and energy efficiency. The estimation time for this project is 9-10 months and will be started next week.
